Mentoring Program 2025–2026

Participation Guidelines

This program welcomes individuals who:

• Are based in Finland or have professional ties to the country
• Work in procurement or related fields (e.g. sourcing, supply chain, sustainability, finance, audit) or aspire to enter these areas
• Identify as women or actively support and empower women in the profession

Mentoring Themes

Suggested topics include:

• Sustainable sourcing and ethical supply chains
• Career transitions and professional growth
• Building influence and visibility in complex environments
• Procurement’s role in ESG and corporate responsibility
• Mental wellbeing and resilience in demanding roles
• AI and digital transformation in procurement
• Supplier diversity and inclusive practices

English will be the primary language to ensure accessibility, with Finnish used when possible.

Guiding Principles

Participation in the mentoring program reflects the core values of WiP Finland ry—mutual respect, confidentiality, inclusivity, and integrity. By taking part, each participant confirms they have read and agree to follow the Association Policy.

Getting Together

Throughout the year, we will organize informal gatherings, workshops, and networking events to strengthen our community and share experiences. These sessions are designed to be inclusive, engaging, and supportive.
