Who We Are?
Katarzyna Fonteyn is a visionary leader in procurement and digital transformation, with over 18 years of experience across academic research and complex business environments. She holds a Ph.D. in electromechanics and has led strategic sourcing, process digitization, and procurement innovation at companies like Basware, UPM, and Konecranes. Known for her data-driven mindset and customer-centric approach, Katarzyna blends technical expertise with human-centered leadership. As the founding member and Chair of the Board of WiP Finland ry, she is committed to building an inclusive, forward-thinking community that empowers women in procurement.
Jaana Inberg is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational excellence. Her career spans various industries, where she has led initiatives that drive efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. As a member of the board of WiP Finland ry, Jaana contributes her expertise to support the association’s mission of empowering women and advancing inclusive leadership in procurement.
Ann Marie Kivistö is a dedicated procurement professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and sustainability. She brings a wealth of experience from both public and private sector roles, where she has consistently championed innovation and ethical procurement practices. As a member of the board of WiP Finland ry, Ann plays a key role in shaping the association’s direction and fostering inclusive leadership within the procurement community.

At the heart of our association is the Women in Procurement Finland 2025–2026 Mentoring Program, designed to empower, connect, and elevate professionals in procurement and related fields across Finland.
